Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To replace the existing, inoperable HVAC system in the Rosemary Ellison (RE) Gallery of the Indian Arts and Crafts Board/Southern Plains Indian Museum (SPIM) with a new system that includes a dehumidification control system.

• Installation of a new HVAC unit with a dehumidification control system in the SPIM RE Gallery.

Statement of Work (SOW)

To replace the existing, inoperable HVAC system in the Rosemary Ellison (RE) Gallery of the Southern Plains Indian Museum (SPIM) building with a new system that includes a humidification control system. The building is currently occupied.

• Replace the existing HVAC unit in the RE Gallery with a new unit equivalent to the current one, featuring a dehumidification control system.

• Install an appropriate pad for the new HVAC unit.

• Inspect and repair any air leaks in the existing interior ductwork in the ceiling area.

• Verify existing heating and cooling systems, ductwork, building ceiling layout, dimensions, and quantities.
