In addition, participants will need to bring current car registration, insurance, and driver's license to be sponsored on the base. Entry to base will be denied without all these documents. Participants information will need to be e-mailed to rosita.serrano.1@us.afmil and sandra.seman@us.af.mil no later than 3:00 pm EST, Wednesday, 7 Nov 18. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base/conference site and adequate seating for the conference attendees.
