Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for removing, relocating, and replacing the existing grease trap with a new 90-gallon static holding capacity, 75 GPM, stainless steel grease interceptor (or approved equal), to be relocated to the exterior of the facility. Additionally, all bottom cabinetry in the kitchen area must be demolished and replaced to match existing specifications (MinWax-Classic Gray Weathered Oak stain, HiMacs solid surface in M201 Terni). The contractor must field verify all dimensions, utility line locations, and site conditions prior to commencing work. Performance is required within 120 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
