The scope is limited to equipment only, with a requirement for the contractor to be responsible for all internal and external maintenance of the new equipment for a minimum of five (5) years from substantial completion, including costs for materials, equipment, and labor for repairs or replacements. The contractor is also responsible for the legal disposal of all demolished equipment and debris.
