Evaluation & Submission
Offers will be evaluated based on Price (best value), Acceptable Specification/Proposal, and Past Performance. The relative importance of technical and past performance compared to price will be specified by the Contracting Officer. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government.
Submission Requirements:
- Quotations must be submitted by the deadline.
- Sellers must be a manufacturer or federally authorized distributor.
- Sellers must demonstrate capability to deliver the entire order within 60 days from award.
- Quotes must include a UEI number (SAM Registration) and warranty information.
- A copy of the return policy must be submitted.
- The awardee will submit a design plan for review and approval prior to manufacturing.
- Shipping and handling costs must be itemized and included in the total price.
Additional Notes
Numerous FAR clauses are incorporated by reference. Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform System (IPP). The Government may require continued performance of services for up to 6 months and may extend the contract term.
