• Option to Extend Services: The Government may require continued performance of services for up to 6 months under specified rates.

• Option to Extend Term: The Government may extend the contract term with written notice, provided a preliminary notice is given at least 60 days prior to expiration. The total contract duration, including options, will not exceed a specified period.

• Availability of Funds: Performance beyond a certain date is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds.
