Quick Summary

The Department of the Air Force is conducting market research through a Request for Information (RFI) to identify potential sources for F-15 Specialized Engineering and Technical Services. This effort seeks to continue a 32-year sustainment program for F-15 Avionics Systems components. While a sole-source contract with BAE is being considered, the government is seeking to identify other qualified firms. Responses are due March 6, 2026.

Scope of Work

The requirement involves providing technical expertise, capabilities, and experience to manage F-15 Avionics Systems components. This includes increasing part data reliability, providing part analysis and resolution, and fulfilling Technical Order (TO) validation needs. Services encompass managing desktop technical order part audits and analysis for the 409 SCMS Managed F-15 Supply Chain Management and Obsolescence Management Programs. Key tasks include auditing existing TOs for validity and consistency, developing AFTO 252 Technical Order Change Packages, updating TOs, and updating Parts Configuration Management System (PCMS) data files. The work supports various Air Force sustainment data systems and covers thousands of components and numerous TOs. Contractors must maintain a Secret level clearance. Work will be performed at Warner Robins AFB, with the government providing computers and workstations.
