Scope of Work
The AGT 1500 Engine Program requires support across various areas, including:
- Demand Planning: Forecasting and inventory management.
- Hardware Procurement: Timely acquisition of raw materials and components for overhaul, reset, and field demands.
- Repair: Restoration of AGT 1500 engine components.
- Program Management & Integration: Overall program direction, engineering, logistics, quality, cost/schedule planning, and configuration management.
- Data Management: Utilization of the Government’s Windchill PDMLink System.
- Field Service Support: Provision of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) for data collection, training, troubleshooting, and repairs both domestically (CONUS) and internationally (OCONUS).
- Production Support: Overhaul support, material and supply chain management, data analysis, obsolescence management, and electronic maintenance work instructions.
- System Technical Support (STS): Engineering and technical support for the AGT 1500 Engine and Abrams Family of Vehicles (FoV).
An accompanying AGT 1500 Engine Program Parts List (Excel spreadsheet) details specific part numbers, National Stock Numbers (NSN), and nomenclature, allowing vendors to indicate their supply capability.

Submission & Evaluation
Companies are encouraged to respond to all or part of the requirements. Key deliverables include a completed General Info and Services Questionnaire and a completed AGT 1500 Engine Program Parts List. Drawings for parts are available upon request with an approved DD 2345 Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, with requests due within 10 calendar days of posting. Questions must be submitted in writing via email within 7 business days of posting. All RFI deliverables must be submitted electronically via the DoD Safe Access and File Exchange (SAFE) website, requiring a requested Drop-off code.
