The flooring is intended for a new teaching/training space for 336 TRG SERE students, covering approximately 10,000 sq ft, to create a semi-padded, non-slip surface for indoor use.

Submission & Evaluation

Evaluation will be based on Price and Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS), with award made to the responsible vendor whose quote is most advantageous to the government. Offerors must fill out blocks 15a, 15b, and 15c of Amendment 001 and provide a copy with their proposal.
