Scope of Work
The required services include the installation of structured cabling and associated equipment. Key requirements involve: shielding of cables, running extra cables via parallel paths for redundancy, procurement and installation of ceiling speakers and acoustic treatment, and procurement and installation of cables for six fully operational Room Kits. All cables must be TAA compliant. The contractor will be responsible for concealing all wiring (power, network, audio, video) within walls, ceilings, floors, or dedicated conduits/raceways. Deliverables also include detailed cable routing diagrams, a comprehensive project plan, weekly project status reports, procurement of all necessary equipment and materials, ensuring proper configuration, testing, security, and reliability of equipment, and restoration of all work areas to original condition. Installation must adhere to approved design and TEMPEST standards.
