  • Cable Management: Shielding, redundancy with extra cables, and concealment of all wiring (power, network, audio, video) within walls, ceilings, floors, or conduits.
  • Equipment Installation: Procurement and installation of ceiling speakers, acoustic treatment, and TAA-compliant cables for six VTC Room Kits.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Provision of detailed cable routing diagrams, development of a comprehensive project plan, and submission of weekly project status reports.
  • Compliance: Ensuring all equipment is properly configured, tested, secure, and installed according to approved design and TEMPEST standards.
  • Logistics: Procurement of all necessary equipment and materials, and restoration of work areas to original condition.
