Purpose & Background

Scope of Work
The required services encompass comprehensive IT systems support for approximately 35 distinct IT systems (2,500 endpoints), projected to grow to over 40 systems (4,000+ endpoints). Key functional areas include:
- Systems Engineering: Architecting, designing, integrating, and deploying new technical solutions, reviewing existing systems, and providing advanced technical consulting.
- IT Operations & Maintenance: Capacity management, daily IT operations, enhancement support for S&T network infrastructure, help desk operations, and data storage management.
