Scope of Work
The government is seeking design configuration ideas to update outdated conference room furniture and A/V equipment. Key areas of responsibility include:
- Room Renovations: Carpet installation, painting, minor wall repairs, and conduit installation for two conference rooms (approx. 270"W x 300"L and 270"W x 360"L).
- Accessory Renovations: Providing flag stands and updating wall-mounted logos/lettering.
- Furniture Management: Removal and disposal of existing furniture, and installation of new furniture including a main conference table (seating 12-14) with power/LAN, 10 additional chairs, a side desk with A/V controls, and two credenzas (one with a refrigerator).
- Equipment Modernization: Evaluation, upgrade, and replacement of A/V components such as ~70" screens, video conferencing systems, control stations, microphones, speakers, and associated cabling.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring all equipment is free of prohibited wireless technologies and delivering complete system documentation (source code, signal flow diagrams).
Submission Requirements
Interested parties must submit an Information Paper detailing their approach to meeting the requirements. Submissions should include:
- Drawings/schematics for potential renovations.
- A Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimate.
- A capabilities statement highlighting experience with similar work, particularly in secure DoD/government facilities, and familiarity with specified compliance standards.
- Point of contact information and an authorized representative.

- Site Visit: A highly encouraged (but not required) site visit will be held on May 6, 2026, at 1 PM ET at NSSC, Building 3, Room R-221.
