Purpose & Scope of Work
The primary purpose of this RFI is to gather information on solutions that can support the Division of New Media's growth in social media. The desired solution includes a web-based social media management platform with advanced features such as:
- Approval workflows and real-time content editing.
- Advanced analytics and reporting, shareable with non-users.
- Advanced monitoring and listening capabilities, including benchmark data.
- Custom rules for inbox management and enterprise account grouping.
- Social content calendar, unlimited publishing, and scheduling.
- Support for unlimited social profiles across major networks (X, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Bluesky, Pinterest, TikTok).
- iOS & Android mobile applications.
- Services for five (5) user seats.
- In-depth social media monitoring for events and keywords.

Submission Requirements & Evaluation

- Confirmation of capability to meet the full scope, suggestions for improvement, and potential risks.
- Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) pricing for planning purposes. Responses should be submitted in Microsoft Word format, not exceeding 30 pages, with a cover letter including contact information. Responses will be reviewed for relevance, and offerors with relevant solutions may be invited to demonstrate their approach to a Government panel.
