• NRE and TDP Development: Conduct Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) and develop/maintain Product Level Technical Data Packages (TDPs) for Installation Kits (IKs).

• Integration Services: Provide integration services for all platforms within specified CPE portfolios.

• Fabrication: Fabricate prototype platform-specific vehicle IKs for pilot builds and testing.

• Design & Engineering: Perform CAD activities, develop solid models, assemblies, detailed drawings, and engineering solutions adhering to MIL-STD-31000B and ASME standards.

• Logistics Support: Provide project coordination and logistical support, including planning, execution, and preparation of technical documents like Bills of Materials (BOMs) and schedules.

• Deliverables: Key deliverables include Product Level TDPs (CDRL A001), technical reports (CDRL A004), and monthly status reports (CDRL A003).

• Contractor shall develop and maintain an effective quality control program.

• Government will evaluate performance per the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).

• All work must be performed in accordance with individual Work Directives (WDs).
