Scope of Work
The required services include comprehensive recertification and refurbishment of the FNAL 477 High Pressure Tube Trailer. This involves:
- Performing Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) recertification tests for the tubes.
- Inspecting and potentially replacing burst disks, providing certificates and test results.
- Addressing defective tubes through plugging, rerouting manifolds, or replacement, subject to approval.
- Inspecting and refurbishing the 5th wheel plate, pin, wheels, wheel bearings, and brakes.
