Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive non-personal services for the maintenance, repair, and technical support of Siemens Apogee Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems located across multiple buildings (3, 5, 49, 135, 399, 419, 425, 454, 483, 683, and 710) at the McAlester Ammunition Plant in McAlester, OK. Services include:
- Preventive Maintenance & Inspection: 12 scheduled site visits annually, including system communications verification, workstation/database diagnostics, visual inspections, and battery/UPS checks.
- Software & Data Management: Full backups of controller databases, network controllers, and GUIs; installation of Siemens Desigo CC Software upgrades; a one-year subscription to Desigo CC; and operator consultation. Firmware updates are available at an additional cost.
- Support & Repairs: System corrections, database changes, programming modifications, and component/sensor repairs identified during scheduled visits. Initial response within 2 hours, on-site response within 8 business hours if required, and 4-hour on-site response for critical system failures.
- Training: Scheduled training courses are included at no additional cost.
