- Maintain total equipment baseline configuration and submit Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) for Class I or II changes.
- Guarantee material is Mercury Free.
- Adhere to MIL-STD 2073 for preservation, packaging, packing, and marking.
- Final material delivery is required within 186 days.
