Special Requirements & Notes
This requirement involves access to NOFORN and/or Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information. Offerors must download and submit a security agreement form to ashton.k.perry.civ@us.navy.mil to obtain drawings. The resulting award will not include Government Source Inspection (GSI). Prompt Payment terms (FAR 52.232-25(a)(5)) are extended to 45 days after delivery. The contract will be DO certified for national defense under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). All contractual documents are considered "issued" upon deposit in mail, facsimile, or electronic commerce methods. Final delivery of material is expected within 186 days.
