Scope of Work

The contractor will be responsible for the purchase and installation of:

  • An Ingersoll Rand RS-Series Fixed Speed Rotary Screw Air Compressor (Model# RS37i-A118-TAS, 50 HP, 460V) with integrated air dryer, modulation control, low sound enclosure, high dust inlet filter, and a 400-gallon air tank, producing ISO 14644-1 Class 1.5.1 plant shop air.
  • Two (2) Eurovac Central Vacuum Systems (15 HP each) with regenerative blowers, cyclonic filter separators, 30-gallon canisters, NEMA 4 enclosures, sprinkler port kits, explosion relief valves, HEPA filter housings, and bag equalization.
  • Installation of a previously purchased sanding booth and robotic sander system in Building 673.
  • All mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic installation must meet Class II, Division 1 hazardous location requirements.
  • Provision of all necessary tools, parts, materials, equipment, labor, transportation, and training.

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price
  • Set-Aside: This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns.
  • NAICS: 333998 (Miscellaneous Construction Materials) with a 700 employee size standard.
  • Period of Performance: Delivery within 12 weeks of contract award. Installation to begin no later than 26 weeks after contract award and completed within 6 weeks.
  • Warranty: One (1) year from Government acceptance.

Deliverables & Compliance
