Offerors and their sources must have an active United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification to access export-controlled data. The Technical Data Package (TDP) will be provided via the DOD SAFE site and requires JCP certification for access.
- The DLA does not intend to delay award for an ineligible offer or its source(s) to apply for and receive authority approval to access export-controlled data.
- Flight Safety/Critical Safety Item (CSI), Production Lot Testing (PLT), First Article Test (FAT), Serial Number Requirement Reporting (SNRR), and Aviation Maintenance Management System-Aviation (TAMMS-A) are not required.
