- Quantitative chemical and mechanical analysis for parts requiring certification.
- Testing certifications for annealing, age hardening, and ultrasonic inspection, with Slow Strain Rate Tensile Tests performed by approved laboratories.
- O-ring grooves and mating sealing surfaces inspection per contractually invoked drawings or General Acceptance Criteria (GAC).
- Mercury-free materials.
- Configuration control and submission of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) for Class I or II changes.

Quality Assurance & Evaluation
This opportunity involves stringent quality assurance requirements for Special Emphasis Material. Contractors must maintain a quality system compliant with ISO-9001 (amplified herein) and ISO-10012 or ANSI-Z540.3 with ISO-17025, or MIL-I-45208 with MIL-STD-45662. Strict traceability and certification from material to certification test reports is required, including unique traceability numbers. Government Quality Assurance (GQA) at source is required, with DCMA QAR involvement. Prime contractors must ensure subcontractors comply with quality and traceability requirements. Receiving and Final Inspection includes 100% inspection for traceability markings and certification report completeness. Past performance will be considered in the evaluation of offers.
