• Installation Services: Installation is not included. The scope is limited to shipping and delivery only.
• Partial Bids: Partial bids will not be accepted. Bidders must provide all items included in the scope to be considered.
• Partnerships: Bidders must provide all items included in the scope to be considered, implying that partnerships to fulfill the scope are not permitted.

This clarification confirms that installation services are not part of the requirement and that full bids are mandatory. Bidders should adjust their proposals accordingly.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To supply and deliver furniture for multiple housing units within Rocky Mountain National Park to accommodate seasonal employees.

• Provide specified furniture items for housing units in the Colorado River District.

• Furniture must be robust, appealing, comfortable, and offer variety in color and finishes while remaining compatible.

• The order must include specific quantities of sofas, loveseats, full-size mattress sets, full-size platform beds, TV stands, armchairs, dressers, dining room table sets with chairs, nightstand lamps, entry mats, coffee tables, and picnic tables.

• All furniture must be made in the United States of America.

• Exposed wood must be solid wood core.

• Furniture finishes must be lacquer/polyurethane.

• Furniture must be robust and sturdy with resilient finishes.

• Furniture must be of a contemporary and modern design.

• Upholstered furniture must meet specific warranty requirements (Lifetime, Five-Year, One-Year).

• All items will be inspected by the government within two weeks of delivery.

• Final acceptance is determined by the Contracting Officer.

• Delivery Location: 211 Co Road 491 Grand Lake, Colorado.

• Delivery: No later than 45 days after award.

• Deliveries shall be made between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST), Monday through Friday, avoiding government holidays.

• Proposals must include cut sheets for individual items and an itemized cost for each item.

• Contractor is responsible for cleanup of soiled surfaces and repair of any damage to government property.

• Contractor is responsible for damage to delivered items and must replace them at their cost.

• Government reserves the right to change destinations with reasonable notice.
