To replace and repair the roof and rain gutters of a Coast Guard-owned house located at 30 Jewel Ct., Depoe Bay, OR, returning it to 100% functionality.

• Removal and replacement of a three-tab asphalt shingled roof.

• Replacement of any rotten roof sheeting.

• Installation of rain gutters around the entire house perimeter.

• Removal and covering of three existing skylights.

• Re-flashing of all roof protrusions, including the chimney.

• Installation of new architectural composition asphalt shingles (Class 4 rating).
