The total performance period is 730 calendar days, covering design, preconstruction, construction, and finish activities.

Step Two - Sealed Priced Bid
Only offerors with an acceptable technical proposal will be invited to submit a sealed priced bid. The exact date and time for submission and bid opening will be notified in the Request for Bids, typically within one to two weeks of technical proposal acceptance.
