- Uses standard CSI work breakdown structure.

Evaluation
Responses will be used for market research to determine if a single-source (brand name) procurement for cost estimating purposes on NAVFAC Southeast JOCs is justified. If no advantageous alternate sources are identified, a competitive procurement will be issued with RSMeans specified as the brand name for the cost estimating system.
