Contract Details
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for the initial project phases (CLINs 0001-0005). The anticipated Period of Performance is 30 months ARO for labor and installation, followed by a 12-month warranty period (CLINs 0006-0007), totaling 42 months. Payment milestones are tied to project phases: 20% for mobilization, 20% for factory acceptance, 50% for system delivery, and 10% upon site acceptance. A minimum 12-month warranty from Site Acceptance Test (SAT) completion is required, along with a 1000-hour spindle run-time guarantee and a 20-year sustainment/service life.
