Statement of Work (SOW)

Haskell Indian Nations University (HINU) seeks to contract for the deployment of Rubrik's data management solution to enhance data security and integrity, provide reliable backup and recovery, ensure continuous access to critical data, minimize data loss risks, streamline backup management, and align with strategic goals for a secure IT infrastructure.

The project involves the activation of Rubrik's Premium Support, providing Haskell with direct access to support engineers to minimize operational costs and ensure optimal performance of the data management environment. The contractor will collaborate with Haskell IT to address technical challenges and improve operational efficiency. Premium support includes 24x7 telephone and web support, product updates and fixes, and advanced hardware replacement.

• Assessment and Planning: Assess HINU's current data infrastructure and develop an implementation plan.

• Installation and Configuration: Install and configure the Rubrik solution, integrating it with existing systems.

• Data Migration: Migrate existing data to the new system with minimal disruption.

• Testing and Validation: Rigorously test the system's performance, security, and reliability.

• Training and Support: Provide training for IT staff, faculty, and stakeholders.

This document supplements Solicitation # 140A2326Q0070 and provides specific requirements related to the "Notice of Indian Economic Enterprise set-aside" clause (DIAR 1452.280-2).

Offerors must provide the following:

• Subcontracting Limitations: A description of the percentage of work/costs to be subcontracted over the contract term, as required by section 1452.280-3. Offerors must indicate if they will not require subcontracting, if they are a responsible Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) requiring subcontracting, or if they will use a subcontractor that is not an IEE, specifying the percentage breakdown. Note that 48 CFR 1452.280–3 restricts IEEs from subcontracting more than 50% of supplies/services or 75%/85% of construction to non-IEE firms.

• Key Personnel Qualifications: If applicable, offerors must list the qualifications of key personnel assigned to the contract. If Key Personnel are not required, this should be indicated as "N/A".

• Required Assurance: Offerors must provide written assurance that they are and will remain in compliance with the requirements of this clause. This assurance is required before contract award and upon successful completion of the contract, before acceptance of work or product.

• Non-Responsiveness: Failure to provide the information required in paragraphs (c) and (d) may result in the offer being deemed non-responsive and rejected.
