This includes private offices, open office areas, dispatch centers, break areas, restrooms (including those with showers), changing areas, hallways, gear storage/locker areas, and entry foyers.

Key tasks include:

  • Daily: Trash removal, floor cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming), surface cleaning and disinfection, restocking supplies. Daily work hours are 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Monday through Friday, and 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
  • Weekly, Monthly, Semi-annual: Detailed cleaning of specific areas, including dusting, blind cleaning, thorough restroom cleaning, and bi-annual "Spring Cleaning" of ceiling fixtures, vents, and wall surfaces. These tasks may be performed on weekends between 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
  • Exclusions: Personal dishes are not to be cleaned, and carpet cleaning will be handled under a separate contract.
