Special Requirements
- Contractor Furnished: Contractor must provide commercial/industrial grade equipment, UL listed where applicable, with appropriate shielding.
- Government Furnished: BLM will provide basic equipment (vacuum, mops, brooms, buckets, towels, cloths) and specific supplies (restroom, shower, office space supplies, water, electrical power). Dumpsters will also be provided.
- Personnel: Employees must wear distinctive uniforms and Government-issued badges. They must comply with Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) and undergo background investigations (NAC/NACI).
- Access: Only employees on the current roster with valid Government ID cards will be allowed access.
- Hours of Service: Services are generally to be performed outside regular office hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday), excluding eleven designated holidays and weekends.
