Special Requirements

  • Contractor Furnished: Contractor must provide commercial/industrial grade equipment, UL listed where applicable, with appropriate shielding.
  • Government Furnished: BLM will provide basic equipment (vacuum, mops, brooms, buckets, towels, cloths) and specific supplies (restroom, shower, office space supplies, water, electrical power). Dumpsters will also be provided.
  • Personnel: Employees must wear distinctive uniforms and Government-issued badges. They must comply with Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) and undergo background investigations (NAC/NACI).
