• Resumes: Provide resumes for the primary Janitor (to start upon contract award) and the backup Janitor located in Homer, AK.

Additionally, acknowledge either the Health and Welfare rate of $5.55/hr or $5.09/hr if Executive Order 13706 applies (EO 13706 applies if employees are provided with up to seven days of paid sick leave annually).

• Weekly Hours for Cost Estimation: Provide the total number of weekly hours used to estimate costs for both the base items and the option items as a lump sum.
