This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for janitorial services at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) Willapa National Wildlife Refuge in Long Beach, WA. The solicitation is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE and is conducted under FAR Parts 12 and 13.
