Submission Requirements

- Company's Socioeconomic Status (e.g., small business, SDVOSB, VOSB), including SBA registration for SDVOSB/VOSB.
- Company legal name and Unique Entity ID (SAM).
- Primary point of contact (phone and email).
- A Capabilities Statement.
- Description of experience providing services as outlined in the Draft PWS.
- List of similar Government and Commercial projects.
- Details on personnel performing services versus subcontracting, addressing the Limitations on Subcontracting (FAR 52.219-14 and 52.219-27), which requires at least 50% of personnel cost to be expended by the prime contractor for small businesses.
- GSA Contract Number, if applicable.
