- Picking up soiled linen and delivering clean linen twice weekly (Tuesdays and Fridays, 5:00 AM - 7:00 AM), excluding federal holidays.
- Supplying and maintaining approved linen carts, which must be cleaned and sanitized between uses.
- Maintaining a contingency service plan for uninterrupted service during disruptions.
- Processing an average of 850 pounds of linen per week.
- Handling ragout (unserviceable linen) and stained linen for reprocessing, with monthly reports for ragout.
- Implementing health and safety procedures, including Universal Precautions, and handling items found in linen (hazardous, personal, medical).
- Ensuring accurate weight verification of clean linen upon delivery and providing detailed packing slips and consolidated manifests.

Submission & Eligibility
This is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside. Offerors must be listed and viewable in the SBA database (search.certifications.sba.gov) at the time of offer submission and prior to award. The awarded contractor must also submit evidence of enrollment with VETS4212. All contractors must be registered in SAM.gov prior to contract award. Required proposal documentation includes: compliance policies, cart cleaning procedures, contingency service plan, equipment description, scale certification, lost and found procedures, health and safety policies, and Universal Precautions laundering process. Offers shall be submitted on a unit price per pound of laundry services (clean weight).
