Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and project management for the HVAC unit replacement. This includes:

- Installation of duct connection, flue hood, wind baffles, condensate drain, and reconnection of gas piping.
- Electrical work, testing, run, and balance, including existing VAVs.
- A 12-month installation warranty on workmanship and parts, in addition to manufacturer warranties.
- An optional bid item for a 50,000 BTU portable electric heater with permanent hard-wired electrical service.

Special Requirements
