Scope of Work

- Installation of duct connections, flue hood, wind baffles, condensate drain, and reconnection of gas piping.

Special Requirements & Submittals
Contractors must use manufacturer-certified personnel with applicable Massachusetts licenses (Refrigeration, Sheet Metal, Electrical). Key personnel must hold required licenses. Bidders need to demonstrate experience with at least two similar projects in the last five years and provide three references. A Quality Control Plan (QCP), site-specific Health/Safety Plan, and Accident Prevention Plan are mandatory, with OSHA 30-Hour for supervisors and OSHA 10-Hour for workers. Compliance with the U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination (No. 2015-4067, Rev. 34) for Essex County, MA, is required.
