Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision for comprehensive grounds maintenance and improvement services. Key services include:
- Interment and Disinterment Services: Gravesite preparation, excavation, interment/inurnment, and disinterments.
- Headstone Services: Setting, raising, realigning, and cleaning headstones/markers.
- Gravesite Maintenance: Repairing sunken graves and general upkeep.
- Turf and Grasses Maintenance: Mowing, trimming, edging, fertilization, pest control, aeration, and renovation (approx. 6000 sqft sodding, 1000 sqft seeding annually).
- Tree, Shrub, Planting, and Bed Maintenance.
- Irrigation and Drainage System Services.
- Trash & Debris Removal, Pavement Sweeping, and Structure Cleaning.
- Ceremonies Assistance. Contractors are responsible for hauling excess backfill and providing a mechanical casket lowering device (1000 lbs capacity).
Contract Details
- Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)
- Period of Performance: One (1) 12-month base year plus four (4) 12-month option years.
- Value: Guaranteed minimum of $6,000.00, with a maximum aggregate value of $5,000,000.00.
- Wage Requirements: Subject to the Service Contract Act (SCA) and Davis-Bacon Act (DBA) for specific CLINS (0005, 0006, 0008, 0009). Wage Determinations WD No. 2015-5637 Rev 31 (SCA) and WD CA20260018 (DBA) apply.
