Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all management, supervision, transportation, tools, equipment, labor, and supplies (excluding government-provided items) for janitorial services at three government-owned facilities:
- Sandpoint Ranger District Office: Year-round services.
- Fire Office Restroom: Year-round services.
- Sandpoint Ranger District Bunkhouse: Bi-annual services.
Services include fixture cleaning, floor maintenance, waste management, wall cleaning, appliance cleaning, and furniture cleaning. The contractor must ensure facilities maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance, meet commercial standards, and utilize biobased products where possible. Building security after cleaning is also a contractor responsibility.
