The survey includes onsite inspection of water sources, treatment, distribution systems, storage, pumping facilities, monitoring data, system management, and compliance with operator requirements. All work must adhere to Japan Environmental Governing Standards (JEGS), Army Regulation 200-1, and Technical Bulletin MED 576.

Requirements
- Primary Contractor: Must have a minimum of three (3) experiences with contracts for surveys/assessments or recurring monitoring programs related to drinking water systems at U.S. Military Components within the last three years from their completion. Contract numbers and customer information must be submitted to the Contracting Officer (KO) prior to award.
- Field Survey Inspector: Must be a Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in the U.S. and familiar with drinking water management requirements. The inspector must have a minimum of five (5) successful experiences conducting sanitary surveys at U.S. Military Installations and local municipalities in the U.S. Contract numbers and customer information must be submitted to the KO prior to award.
Additional Notes
All work for this project must be performed exclusively in Japan. The contract price must be inclusive of all travel and lodging expenses required for project execution.
