Scope of Work
The contractor will provide recurring training sessions, virtually or in-person, for up to 100 attendees per session. Each session must be a minimum of 90 minutes, with up to 10 courses offered monthly between 0900 and 1530. The training must cover topics relevant to upskilling or broadening victim advocacy skills, including but not limited to techniques, ethics, rapport building, crisis intervention, safety assessments, trauma-informed care, recovery-oriented advocacy, vicarious trauma prevention, and self-care.
The contractor is responsible for furnishing all trainers, presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint slides, videos, scenarios), and companion materials (worksheets, workbooks). All training products and topics must be approved by the PA NG Principal SARC and NOVA (National Organization for Victim Advocacy) for CEU acceptability. Each hour of interactive training equates to 1 CEU.

Performance Requirements
An agenda detailing the presenter, topics, and time spent on each topic is required. A certificate of completion, listing the completion date, location, number of CEUs earned, and trainer signature, must be provided to each attendee who successfully completes the training.

Training will be conducted virtually via a meeting website/program or in-person at a building on Ft. Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA 17003.
Special Requirements
Contractor employees must comply with all installation/facility access and local security policies. This includes completing Awareness Training (AT) Level 1 and iWATCH Training within specified timeframes. The contractor must also develop and maintain an effective Quality Control (QC) Plan and designate a Contract Manager (CM). Recognized US holidays are excluded for service performance.
