Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide recurring training, delivered virtually or in-person, for up to 100 attendees per session. Training courses, a minimum of 90 minutes each, will be offered up to 10 times monthly between 0900 and 1530. Key topics include, but are not limited to, victim advocacy techniques, ethics, rapport building, crisis intervention, safety assessments, trauma-informed care, recovery-oriented advocacy, vicarious trauma prevention, and self-care. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all trainers, presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint slides, videos, scenarios), and companion materials. Each hour of interactive training equates to 1 CEU, and a certificate of completion must be provided to each attendee.

Additional Notes
Training may be conducted virtually or in-person at Ft. Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA 17003. All training products and topics must be approved by the PA NG Principal SARC and NOVA (National Organization for Victim Advocacy) for CEU acceptability. Contractor employees must comply with installation access and security policies, including completing AT Level 1 and iWATCH Training. A Quality Control Plan and a designated Contract Manager are required.
