Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To supply and install one (1) prefabricated open truss recreational shelter (28'x28') on an existing concrete pad at the USACE Wilmington District HQ building. The shelter is intended for Corps Special Events, meetings, and employee morale, welfare, and recreation (MWR) activities, and must be ADA compliant.

• Deliverables: One (1) prefabricated open truss recreational shelter kit, including all necessary materials, equipment, and services for delivery and installation.

• Dimensions: Approximately 784 sq ft (28 ft long x 28 ft wide).

• Frame Construction: Heavy-duty steel with a UV-resistant powder-coat finish.

• Roof Design: Open truss style, 24-gauge multi-rib or R-panel steel, with a 4:12 pitch.

• Column Design: 6 or 8 column design for structural support, surface mounted with base plates and anchor bolts epoxied in place on the existing concrete slab.

• Delivery Location: USACE Wilmington District HQ Building, 69 Darlington Ave, Wilmington NC, 28403.

• Delivery Hours: Monday-Friday, 0800-1430 (excluding Federal holidays).

• Safety: Compliance with USACE Manual EM 385-1-1 (March 2024 edition), federal and state laws. Requires a Level 3 Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO), certified first aid/CPR responders, an Accident Prevention Plan (APP), and Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) for each work activity.
