Scope of Work
This SIR covers a broad range of commercial IT products and product-based services. Products include software, network infrastructure components (servers, switches, storage arrays), personal computing devices (workstations, laptops, tablets), computer peripherals, audio/visual equipment, and cloud-based services. Product-based services encompass asset recovery/disposition, warehousing, system configuration, integration, installations, equipment maintenance, training, and engineering. Excluded items are non-COTS software, software development, web development, software operations and maintenance (O&M), and physical site alterations.
Contract Details
The FAA intends to award approximately eight (8) multiple-award IDIQ contracts using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. Awards will be split into two pools: up to six (6) for Small Businesses and up to two (2) for Unrestricted Offerors. The NAICS code is 541519e (Information Technology Value Added Resellers - Exception) with a size standard of 150 Employees. Offerors must have a current and valid SAM.gov registration by the proposal due date.
Key Requirements & Deliverables
Contractors must comply with FAA IT Standards, including IPv6 capability, TLS 1.3 compliance, Federal PIV identification, and FedRAMP for cloud services. ISO 9001:2015 certification is required. A 0.5% rebate program on hardware and software purchases is mandatory. Deliverables include weekly Asset Identification (AI) Reports, monthly Activity Reports (MAR), and quarterly SAVES IT HW/SW REBATE Reports. Bidders must complete specific pricing models (Attachments 2A/2B), OEM authorization forms (Attachments 3A/3B), and past performance information forms (Attachment 4).
Submission & Deadlines
Amendment 0007 extends the proposal due date to July 7, 2026, at 1700 ET. All offerors, including those who previously submitted, must submit new, complete proposals incorporating all changes from Amendment 0006 and subsequent amendments.
