Scope of Work

The required services include the provision and installation of various physical security features to the interior and exterior of residential properties. Key deliverables involve:

  • Installation of security grilles (fixed window, door, window with emergency release).
  • Installation of substantial doors (solid-core wood, hollow-core metal, 8ga steel reinforced) and door frame reinforcement.
  • Installation of door viewers, primary/auxiliary locks, gate/fence gate locks.
  • Installation of anti-climb spikes and anti-climb fences.
  • Installation of additional security measures (safety pin/lock, security bar) and alarm circuits.
  • Provision of scaffolding and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for height work. All work must comply with the Statement of Work (SOW), quantity survey, drawing set, and a comprehensive Safety Management Plan. Work will proceed in four phases: Preliminary Work, Preparation, Installation, and Inspection.

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with firm-fixed rates.
  • Period of Performance: Base year (12 months) plus two (2) one-year option periods, with a potential FAR 52.217-8 option for an additional 6 months.
