  • Visual inspection, verification of no unauthorized alterations, and checking warning labels.
  • Inspection of purification and moisture separator chambers, alarms, shutdown controls, gauges, and relief valves.
  • Annual maintenance, including manufacturer-recommended hourly-based maintenance, fluid level verification, oil/filter changes, and drive belt inspection.
  • A one-hour functional performance test to verify operation, inter-stage pressures, alarms, and shutdowns.
  • Drawing and submitting air samples for accredited laboratory testing to ensure breathing air quality meets specified requirements (Oxygen, Carbon Monoxide, Carbon Dioxide, Condensed Oil and Particulate, Water Content, VOC Content, Nitrogen, Odor).
