This Statement of Work outlines the requirements for the renewal of ITSM Module ServiceNow Staff Augmentation Services for the NASA Kennedy Space Center (KSC).

• ServiceNow Staff Augmentation: Time and Materials (T&M) services provided on an hourly basis.
• ServiceNow Impact Guided Public Sector (US) v3: Purchase of software. The purchase price will be the greater of either (1) 10% of the CACV or (2) twelve thousand five hundred dollars ($12,000). The published $0.01 price is not the Customer's final price.
