Contract Details
This is a Sources Sought notice, NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP). Its purpose is market research to assist IHS in developing a potential Request for Quotation (RFQ)/RFP and determining the appropriate procurement method (e.g., small business set-aside or full and open competition). Payment will be processed through the Invoicing Processing Platform (IPP), with HHSAR 352.232-71 applicable.
Eligibility & Set-Aside
This procurement is intended to be set aside for Native-owned Small Businesses (ISBEE), referencing the Final Rule on the Buy Indian Act. Respondents must identify their socio-economic status in accordance with SBA size standards.
