Requirements & First Article Testing (FAT)

The contractor is responsible for providing one unit for FAT within 120 calendar days of contract award, bearing all associated costs, estimated at $10,000 for government testing. Waiver of FAT requirements may be considered for offerors who have previously supplied identical production articles within three years, using the same facilities and processes, and without prior rejections.
