Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide preventative maintenance and extended warranties for three Laerdal medical simulation manikins (SimMan 3G, SimJunior, and SimBaby Trach) located at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho.

• Perform yearly preventative maintenance on one Laerdal SimMan 3G, one SimJunior, and one SimBaby Trach.

• Provide one-year extended warranties for all three manikins.

• Service will be conducted on-site by Laerdal certified technicians.
