Qualification & Evaluation
Contractors must be an approved source. Purchase through the KC-46 Prime Vendor (Boeing, CAGE 81205) or other authorized distributors is acceptable, provided distributor status is established with documentation. All manufacturing sources must be approved per 14 CFR Part 21 and subject to FAA certification procedures. The Government does not own the data rights; interested firms are encouraged to contact the OEM. This acquisition is justified under FAR 6.302 for a limited number of sources, and this notice is not a request for competition. However, all proposals received within 45 days of publication will be considered. Award will be based on a combination of price and past performance.

This acquisition involves technology with military/space application. Foreign-owned firms should contact the contracting officer regarding restrictions.
